Hi, 

Can someone help me find the zoom phone recording's ?
I can't seem to find where the recordings are stored

Oh! It appears that your administrator or you yourself hasn't finished setting up your Zoom Phone System. Is the account yours alone, or are you part of a business with an administrator for the Zoom Phone System?

Hi Janice,

 

Recordings of calls for the Zoom Phone System are located on the Zoom Web Portal under Personal > Phone > Recordings:

 https://zoom.us/pbx/page/telephone/myZoomTelephony#/my-cloud-phone/recordings

 

As well as in the Zoom desktop and mobile apps under Phone > History - Click at the top to toggle between All, Missed, and Recording.

 

Recordings of meeting for the Zoom Meetings System are located on the Zoom Web Portal under 

Personal > Recordings:

https://zoom.us/recording

I still can't see the phoen recordings. I only see the meeting recording,

It is part of a  business with an administrator.
I can let them know what needs to be done if you guide me, please

Hi Janice,

 

I would start by going through the Setup for your extension/account. There are a few options to configure. The Getting Started with Zoom Phone (for users) should give you the info that you need:

If you run across any questions or issues, I would contact the administrator in your company. They should be able to tell you how they have configured Zoom Phone in general for the company, and which options you can benefit from. 😊
