So I have two phone lines assigned to my Yealink T54W phone, which works fine. Normally, the icon and button next to the line show as green. However, after hanging up the phone, it stays red. I can still push on the red line button and get a dialtone and place another call. So it seems the line is disconnecting, but the phone does not recignize it. The only way I have fixed it is by resetting the phone. Any way to fix it?

Welcome to the zoom community. Have you tried factory resetting your phone ? You can con tinue pressing the OK button until it factory resets and then the phone will register back to Zoom phone.
Please see if that fixes the issue

Unfortunately factor resetting phone was unsucessful. Have done it a few times now and still intermittently have the issue with the line light on the phone glowing red. 😕

Changing the phone security to AES-256 Encryption has solved the issue.

I spoke too soon... after days of not having an issue, it started up again. Am resetting phone to factory settings and still have security changed. So we'll see if that works going forward.
