I have a Toshiba IP5631-SDL and I was wondering if I can connect to my phone system in ZOOM?

Hello HishamElghotmy,
The Zoom Phone certified device list is located here.
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360001299063-Zoom-Phone-certified-hardware
We may be able to attach devices with a generic, third-party SIP profile if the device is TLS 1.2 capable.
This device is an older device and after a little research does not look like it supports TLS 1.2 (Transport Layer Security) protocol.
If it does in fact support TLS 1.2, then while it may be attached via a generic sip profile, you would have to lean on Toshiba for troubleshooting.
