Click your picture or initials in the top right corner of your Zoom app > Settings > Phone > then scroll down to Live Transcription Settings and enable automatic transcription.
If you don't want it to be automatic, while you're in a call, click the ellipses at the bottom right of the keypad and enable transcription from there.
