Shared Line Group Hold Music

Hi Community,

We have been using Shared Line Groups with Conference Barge to get that traditional VOIP capabilities. The asistant and Executive are able to tap into the lines and listen/speak at any time. They can both add callers in the call and it is working great. This function is using the Conference Barge. 

The only issue is that we do not have the option to disable hold music. Can we please enable this functionality? We are able to disable in a call queue but not a shared line group.

This is a feature that has been requested in the past but not prioritized yet. Please keep on the lookout for future releases.

Hello @sachinzoom, is this issue getting any traction? also, is there any way to specify which zoom hold music you get?
