Hi

I am Business Hours 8 AM to 8 PM  if any call between 1 PM to 2 PM  i need lunch greeting .How to to do

Hi @Info1_gtcme 

 

The way you will do this is to start with Lunch time hours everyday. Your Lunch AR is set only for 1 - 2 PM and then the remaining calls go to Closed hours which can go to a different AR. See illustration in the screenshot:
