Provisioning Spectralink VC9240

Has anyone had any luck provisioning the Spectralink Versity VC9240. Followed the Zoom instructions. Getting a "SSL Certificate verification error". 

(might be related?): I have the three DigiCert Global Root certificates but cannot find instructions on how to import those to the phone (as per the provisioning note from Zoom)

Yes this is exactly the guide I've been using. Triple checked my settings for typos too.

Hello Pat,

 

Spectralink is requesting this info:

 

 Would it be possible to get a screen shot from this path settings>about phone making sure the shot has the build number in it.     Also the settings for the SIP extension would be nice so they can duplicate it in their lab with a V92 handset.

Heard back from Spectralink. They are suggesting that you need to upgrade your firmware as the one you have is the version they launched at GA hence older. Please see below:

Normally the process is for the customer to access our support site themselves.    The devices when purchased are supposed to be sold with SpectraCare or SpectraCare + maintenance which includes access to software updates and break fix support.    Installation assistance is not included with maintenance but can be purchased in several forms.     This is a link to our support page where customers can get access to manuals and software however software downloads are restricted to those who have either maintenance or software assurance.  https://support.spectralink.com/  In addition, they will need to create a login based upon their purchase.    https://support.spectralink.com/user/login  Many of our partners can help getting assistance through our channel program.
