Poly Rove b2 Basestation - Can't access web gui after provisioning

Hi,

I am currently setting up a set of Poly Rove 40 handsets connected to a Rove b2 basestation. I can access the b2 basestation's web guide to make changes prior to provisioning the station with Zoom, however, as soon as I provision the basestation to Zoom, I can no longer access the basestation's web gui. I just get a "Connection Refused" error when trying to navigate to the basestation's IP address. I need to be able to access the web gui so I can add repeaters to the system. I've tried everything I've found related to fixing a connection refused error with no luck. What am I doing wrong to not be able to access the base station after provisioning?

hi primrose1,

Are you signing to the basestation web interface using admin and zoom pin code for basestation?

I can logon to the web interface prior to provisioning with Zoom using the default password. I can change the password and make changes in the web interface. As soon as it is provisioned to Zoom, it seems I am locked out of the web interface. Entering the IP address for the basestation just gives me a connection refused error. This is only after Zoom provisioning. No problems getting into the interface before that. A factory reset and removing it from my devices in Zoom allows me to access the web gui again. I need to be able to access the web gui after provisioning so I can set up repeaters.

I can access the web gui fine with admin and the password before Zoom provisioning. After provisioning, it will not even connect to the basestation web gui for me to enter the username and password. My browser just gives me a "ERR Connection Refused" error when trying to connect to the basestation IP.

Did you ever resolve this? Having the same problem right now. Was able to access the web GUI a little while ago but not after its provisioned and I cannot access it with ERR Connection refused

I was able to resolve it. Apparently when Zoom auto-provisions the base station, Zoom changes the default admin password and sets their own. You can find the password and change it if you want under Phone System Management>Company Info>Account Settings>Desk Phone. It took me forever to figure it out. Zoom should really make it more clear that they do this in their provisioning documentation.
