Phantom missed call, constantly reappearing?

Hello All!

 

Has anyone else been getting a recurring missed call badge in the Phone -> History section that, when cleared, comes back?  I have several users in my company who have a missed call  badge showing up and then reappearing seconds or minutes later.  I'm trying to gauge if this is system wide.

Hi John!

 

We haven't seen anything like that coming up. Have you narrowed it down to direct inward dial calls or call queue calls?

Is it with all calls are showing as missed calls ?

If yes, please check user phone settings and there should be atleast Zoom Application or some call handling should be configured.
