Open app or url based on incoming call queue

I'd like to be able to open an app or url based on the incoming call queue. i.e. Call queue 1 gets URL1, call queue 2 gets URL2 etc... Is there a way to achieve this?

There is the option in Settiings > Phone of the Zoom desktop app to launch a URL or app for incoming calls. 

There are also Webhooks for Phone Events that you could use to program:
