When looking at analytics of the calls.  Is there a list of what the dispositions mean?   I can figure most, but what is the difference between call cancelled and call denied?

Hi crmillsjr,

Sorry for the late response. A canceled call is when the person calling hangs ups prior to the call being answered. A "call denied" is when the Zoom phone user hits the decline/skip button. I hope this information helps. You can find more information here under the "Result Column" heading.
