I tried both Cisco ATA-191 and Grandstream HT-802 ATAs -- neither worked, and both are in the supported devices droplist.
I'm trying to convert a phone in our lift to allow calls (for elevator inspection). The analog phone line connects to the ATA and the ATA shows "NET" and allows logging in with a webpage, so it's online.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

hi @dmeisner
In the USA, there are standards and regulations for emergency phones in elevators such as American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) section A17.1.2.27.1.1.3. You may want to consider checking with your authorities having jurisdiction over lifts/elevators to see what the requirements are and what emergency phones have been approved.
Cisco ATA191-MPP (Multiplatform) with 11.3(1) firmware (7/13/2025) and Grandstream HT802 with firmware 1.0.61.5 (7/13/2025) are Zoom certified and support zero touch provisioning (ZTP). First, these ATA devices should be added as devices to Zoom Phone and assigned to at least one user. Second, connect the ATA device to the network with Internet access. Please see screen shot.

That solved it, thanks SO much! I had everything right in your instructions except one -- I hadn't assigned the ATA to a specific person/extension (I chose "common room" or something like that). That change did the trick. I reset the ATA and after quite a while the auto-provisioning worked and it showed online. Thanks again!!!
