8440 Spectralink Phone

I am trying to get Spectralink 8440 phones working with my Zoom account.

The phones I have only have 5.6 firmware on them.

The documentation says they need 7.5

Where can I get the 7.5 software from?

We also have 5.5 version handsets in our environment which currently work with Avaya IPO. Since we are moving to Zoom we need Spectralinks to work with 7.5 version.

 

I have raised a case with Spectralink, as it appears FTP server provisioning can do the job.

I wanted to ask you, if you were able to make it work with another method and do you mind sharing a summary of the steps? Thank you
