Notes not available when the host is out

Good morning Everyone

I have a question, i currently work for a company and our boss decided to start using the notes. everything is fine, we can edit it with no problem, however, when our boss leaves the zoom meeting the notes in which we were working dissapear, is there any way we can still using that notes even if he is not on the meeting? I've been looking for a solution but i can't find something related

Good morning! It sounds like your boss is the meeting host and the owner of the notes, so after they leave, access may be lost. One solution is to save a copy to someone else or co-host the meeting so that the notes remain active. You can try using shared documents (like Google Docs) outside of Zoom for more control.

Good morning! This happens because Zoom’s notes are tied to the host. To avoid losing access, the host can assign co-hosts or save/export the notes before leaving. Alternatively, using a shared doc like Google Docs lets everyone keep editing even if the host leaves.
