Zoom is working on the user's computer.
Chat is working fine
Joining the meeting is not. Just load a while and then nothing happens.
Creating a meeting is not working too. Just load a while and then nothing happens.
Uninstalled it, and reinstalled it again. Still the same.
removed his account from the portal and invited the user again and reinstalled zoom on the computer.
Still, nothing is working except the chat.
Can anyone help with that?

A good place to start would be to ensure all the drivers on the device are up to date. Out of date drivers can cause a myriad of issues.

It is a brand new computer. I updated it to the latest.
It was working fine at first. and suddenly stopped connecting to meetings.
Is there a way to look at the logs or errors ID to search online for the cause of the problem?
I uninstalled it so many times and still the same issue.

I restored the whole computer to the basic state and re-installed all apps again.
I could not find the error or the logs to show any errors from zoom.
