I have 2 kinds of home screens: one with 4 squares and another one which is blue with all the settings possibilities... i want to set my home screen like the one with the 4 colorful screens which I can click on start zoom, join etc. ( I hope you understand what I'm referring to...How can I set it as my home screen

I'm not too sure if this is what you mean, but I suspect you are referring to the Zoom desktop client Portrait and Landscape mode. To change it, please either click on your Profile picture in the upper right corner and select 'Switch to Portrait/Landscape view' or use the keyboard shortcut Alt+L on Windows or command+L on Mac.
