I have a recent Dell laptop (Windows 11) and when getting on a zoom call I freeze up a few minutes into the call and the zoom app quits. Additionally, after zoom quits my internet connection is frequently not available. I use a wired connection primarily but I have to switch to wifi when this happens. Most often I have to reboot to get my wired connection to work again. I tried to install the 64bit version of zoom and this did not resolve the issue. Everything else seems to be working fine on the computer, so it seems to be a zoom issue.
Has anyone encountered this and what could be some further solutions or troubleshooting steps?
Thanks!

Yes! I have the exact same problem. Exactly as you describe. But it is now 2024 and I have no idea what to do about it. When I use Teams or Skype, everything is fine. But Zoom literally crashes my internet connection.
