zoom Recording convert process interrupted

hello -- the recording convert window got closed by mistake. So there are no files in the zoom directory!  Any way the raw zoom recording files can be recovered!?

Hi @impemail100, no worries! Should be able to still access the recording and covert by doing the following: 

1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
2. Click the Meetings tab.
3. Click the Recorded tab.
4. Select the meeting topic with the local recording.
5. Click Convert.
