window Stuck and I cannot unpin it

Exactly how do you unpin a window? I've tried right-clicking in the upper left corner but have not gotten an unpin prompt.

Hi @Roger_Blair!

 

Are you trying to unpin a participant? If so, Here's how: In the upper left corner of any currently-pinned video, click Remove Pin. This will return your view to Active Speaker layout.

CarlaA, I've tried that, but I didn't see an "unpin me" prompt. If I don't see the prompt does that mean the window isn't pinned? If that's the case, I've got some other problem.

Hi @Roger_Blair, if a participant is pinned, then you will see a pin icon on their video. Would you be able to send us a screenshot to better understand the issue?
