I can join a meeting, get audio, but cannot see any video or get my camera to work.

I am on Ubuntu and Firefox. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom. I have restarted the machine.

I don't know what to try next.

Hi @carloslos, welcome to the Zoom Community!

Please try uninstalling the Zoom application and using the 64-bit version installer:

1. Download Zoom uninstaller here:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/article_attachments/360084068792/CleanZoom.zip
This will remove all traces of Zoom in your computer

2. Download the 64-bit version of the Zoom client:
https://zoom.us/download

Hope this helps!

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

This is a windows exe for a question about linux, which you've posted multiple times now.  Obviously this answer is incorrect.

I'm also having this problem (with linux). It was working perfectly until it updated itself to

Version: 5.14.2 (2046) and now video is no longer working.
