unstable connection or lags in Windows 11 with wifi

 I can't get a good connection through wifi with Zoom in windows 11.
 
With wifi I am getting 35-40 mbps
 
It does work fine when it is plugged in to the ethernet and I am getting 58 mbps

Hi @bkohls ,

Can you check the Wi-Fi frequency  / channel? It might be that you have multiple Wi-Fi networks in your area using the same channel.  You internet connection appears fast, however I guess you have a lot of packages lost due to the Wi-Fi channel, what can cause issues with real-time communication / applications like Zoom-Calls.
