time limit despite upgrade

I got a new computer (Macbookpro) and had to reload my desktop app. When I do a meeting, it says I have a 40-minute limit despite having already upgraded to the plus one plan. Any ideas on how I can get the desktop to recognize my upgrade? I have a ticket with support, but they have been very slow and unhelpful.

Hi @drclock ! I'd be happy to help. Have you already assigned your license? https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115004976063-Assigning-Zoom-licenses

Thank you for the reply. When I follow the steps in the support article, I get to myself as the user, and it says I am licensed and have 0 licenses to assign! Despite this, the desktop app continues to say I have a 40-minute limit. ANy other thoughts? Greatly appreciated!
