is possible to stamp the login and logout of the people that enter in the meeting?

When you are refering to stamp login, what is that exactly

I think the actual log in and log out for a participant - with the time captured by zoom - 

Example:

Rupert 6.00 AM  - 6.30 AM
Rupert 6.40 AM - 6.55 AM

If you are on a Paid account, you can get join and duration times from a Meeting report after the meeting:

https://zoom.us/account/report

You can get meeting participant reports in your Zoom account and download the csv. You could also programmatically extract the participant log using APIs. Alternatively there is a marketplace app, Salepager, that can email participant reports to you automatically with a log of when they joined.
