Zoom Version 6.4.6
The participants list in Zoom disappears when I share screen. I have to click it twice to get it back up. It does this anytime I click the screen while sharing, which is irritating because I often share slideshows. I haven't done any troubleshooting steps yet for this issue.
The big issue that I'm having is that I cannot hear Zoom on my Windows 11 Lenovo IdeaPad 82XF laptop. All other programs that use the speakers work. The over-the-ear headphones by Glynznak and the Samsung Galaxy Pro Buds 3 both have this issue. They work fine with mobile Zoom on Android. The Zoom on my laptop is updated to the most current version at the time of this writing.
Troubleshooting steps I have taken:
Updated Zoom
Uninstalled Zoom
Reinstalled Zoom
Updated Windows and Drivers
Deep Cleaned Laptop
Restarted Computer (several times)
Removed both sound devices from Bluetooth connections
Added both sound devices to Bluetooth connections
Updated Galaxy earbuds
Thank you in advance for any assistance provided in this matter.

You are assuming that the computer will AUTOMATICALLY select the device that you think it should select, but you never ACTUALLY selected the device in Zoom. You need to select the device you want for speakers and select the device you want for the mic in Zoom.

Thank you. I do know about this and select the speakers for the sound devices when they're connected to Bluetooth. They usually do it automatically, though.

Thank you. I already know how to do that, and have done it. That's how I figured out it wasn't working.

Thank you. I have already done that for both devices.
