Hello!

 

I have enable my remote control and it is still NOT showing up next annotation when I share my screen.  Even though I do have theHow can I fix that or where can I find it?

Hi @TK1 

Are you connected to the meeting via the desktop client, or joined through the web browser? Are you trying to give remote control or request it from someone else? 

Check the client comparison chart to see the subtle differences on remote control.

I'm having the same problem. Not sure what's going on. I did check the client comparison chart and I'm using a desktop Windows computer. I shouldn't have this problem, if you have any other solutions, please share. Thanks.
