recovering a recording saved on local device

I recorded the meeting on the local device, not the cloud, and after it converted I thought I dragged it into my dropbox but it's not there and I need to try and recover it.  I don't know where to find the Trash folder in Zoom.  Help anyone?

You can check the location in the zoom client setting. For example
