We are having an issue regarding that some participants cannot join a password protected scheduled recurring meeting. The participants enteer the password correct but get the "host will let you in soon" message. However, as host there are none to accept. Any solutions or explanations for this?

Update. The message is "waiting for host to let you in"

Hey @dantenordfors with the waiting room enabled, the participants should get that message. But as the host, are you unable to admit guests from the waiting room?
You can update your recurring meeting to disable the waiting room
or disable waiting room in-meeting to let your participants in without having to admit them in.
However, please be aware that any unwanted guest with the meeting ID and passcode can join without being manually admitted. So suggest turning on the waiting room after the meeting has started.
