"Save Chat" isn't one of the options given by the three elipses at the bottom of the chat window

What I get is three options about which participants can chat with whom.

And yes, save chat is enabled in my account, and has been from the beginning.

Windows 10.

Any idea why this is this way?

Thanks.

Hey @guessihavetoask, even though Chat is enabled is 'Allow users to save chats from the meetingchecked?

You may want to update to the latest version as well! Let me know if this helps!

Have you heard about Zoom AI Companion? ➡️ Check it out!

It doesn't help. In my inquiry above, as you'll see, I said that I have that option already selected. And I've been using the latest version of the app for years now.

Hey @guessihavetoask do you mind sharing the version of Zoom you're currently running as well as screenshotting the available settings when clicking on the '. . . ' in chat?

@RN  Any thoughts on the two images I took and posted, at your request? Thanks.

Agreed. I have the exact same issue. I'm guessing it is because your/my organization is on a BAA account and for security nobody can download chat, even if your personal settings say you can. If you need it, you can have someone screenshot it for you as the meeting progresses. Screenshot, paste in word, repeat as needed.
