Hi there!
I was on a call with a single person, using original sound with a high quality microphone. She heard me well.
10 others came on the call and I was muted as long as I was still on original sound. Once I turned that off, everyone heard me, but the sound quality was less good than I wanted.
Can anyone help me figure out why this would happen?
FYI, the meeting was happening on my basic account and I had handed over hosting responsibilities to the 2nd person on the call. I have since upgraded to Pro, but I don't find any information for why the account type would have affected this situation..
Thanks for any help possible!
Kristin
