microphone isn't working in zoom windows app

Hi

my microphone isn't working in the zoom windows app, in other apps it works(for example OBS).

i have the latest version of the zoom app: Version: 6.1.5 (43316)

latest windows 11 update's

when i'm in the settings Audio tab in the zoom app , it seems like it loopback my pc output into the microphone it records the audio of the computer for example if i play youtube video.

i tried every possible solution over the net

enabling the privacy access to the microphone in the windows setting 

noticed that the zoom isn't showing there, just showing an app called "NVM for Windows" accessing the microphone while i am using the app (i am using the latest nodejs version if it's related)

should there be a zoom app over there?

any ideas? nothing helps, tried reinstall , nothing, it's like the zoom route the computer sound into the microphone, any other apps the microphone works fine

ok so i've found a solution to this problem

i run this file called "Zoom_launcher.exe" in side the bin folder of the zoom app located in:

C:\Users\Ron\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin\Zoom_launcher.exe

and it just reinitialized the zoom app and now the name of the app in the Privacy & Security > Microphone changed from "NVM for Windows" to "Zoom Meetings" and the microphone is working as it should
