mic not working

Hi 🙂 Last week I hosted a zoom call with 4 coworkers. Unfortunately 2 of the coworkers microphones did not work. They tried to log off and on again. Testing all the possibilities. It is the first time I have experienced that with the same group (We have zoom meetings every second week) At the end we had to continue with their questions in the chat. Has anyone tried something familiar and have a solution / idea to solve this if it will happen again? 🙂

We just had the same issue yesterday and it continues today with a Jabra conference mic.  The mic works fine on the Windows system and is visible in the Audio Settings in the Zoom session but Zoom cannot recognize any sounds (in or out).  It is definitely a Zoom issue as it works fine in every other app.
