meeting room link now working on laptop

I have been using zoom successfully on both desktop and laptops - but recently, the meeting room link (we use the same one each time) isn't working on either of the laptops. It tells people I am in a different meeting and then I need to send a new link out, which is not ideal.

 

anyone know why and how to fix? thank you
