hi, i am computer illiterate and am a first time zoom user. i have to do two 7 hour courses on zoom, what package do i need? it tells me i only have 40 minutes of time. please any help will be gratefully appreciated.

Hi @Smurfy ,

 

The free version limits each meeting to a maximum of 40 minutes, if you need more time, the PRO plan would be enough.

Hello,

The time limit is tied to the licence of the host. If you were invited to a Zoom link for a course by the host you shouldn't need to worry about it. The host will require the paid licence to meet for more than 40 minutes in one session.

 

If you are the  host and you want to meet for more than 40 minutes in one session you will need to purchase a licence.
