how can i undo the last change? I forgot what I did.😖
Is there a logbook?

This depends on the account and change type. If you're on a paid account, you can access the Operation logs from this link: https://zoom.us/account/report/activity/operationlog 

This will display the setting changes from the last 30 days. Keep in mind some things like changes from the Zoom client might not be captured here.
