I've added large meetings on my account but registrations are being blocked at 100

This is really urgent as we just completed our comms and nobody can register and there are no contacts to resolve this.

Hello,
I suspect that although you have paid for a large meeting add on, you have not actually assigned the Add on. Zoom does not do this part for you. You will need to act as the account admin and assign the add on to the account in question.

You suspect wrong. We have assigned the add-on, it appears under user management/users etc.

In fact we've purchased twice to ensure it went through so now have to apply for a refund for two add ons that don't work.
