how come some participants don't show up on immersive view

@pxbdby I'm not sure I  know what immersive view is. How do I enable that?

It's under views on the main screen.  It's really cool when it works.

Hey @pxbdby @Rance_Greene have you looked into our KB on Immersive View? If not, suggest looking over that Knowledge Base Article and let me know if you're able to user immersive view.
