iPad Pro's sharing screen is extremely laggy

Hi there, I found it is extremely laggy on the audience side when share screen with my iPad Pro (M2). It is unlikely to be an issue related to the Wi-Fi speed, as there is no problem when share with my laptop or phone. I wonder what the problem might be and how to solve it (high resolution or refresh rate or something???). It's really annoying.

Hi @parkannie thank you for posting in the Zoom Community!

Can you try removing the app and then reinstalling to see if that helps? Here's how:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap iPhone Storage or iPad Storage.
  4. Tap Zoom.
  5. Tap Delete App.
  6. When prompted with Deleting "Zoom" will also delete all of its documents and data. This action can't be undone, tap Delete App.
  7. Once completed, reinstall Zoom on the iOS App Store

Keep me updated!
