We have a brand new iPad mini (2021 model) which I'm testing for an upcoming conference. The video quality is horrible when using the front camera. Center Stage is a great feature and works well, but the cloud recordings are extremely low quality. I've tested the video outside of the Zoom app (i.e. capturing video using the camera app) under identical conditions and the video quality is what I'd expect.
Could this be a Zoom app issue? Anyone else seeing video quality issues?

Hi @SCIDC
Unless you are on an HD account, or using an HD, meeting, or in a Meeting with a Zoom Room, Zoom default video resolution is 640x360 - which will look low-res in a recording, and on screen.

Hi Rupert,
Yes, we have the HD setting enabled. I should have mentioned that. For reference, video using our (much older) Zoom Room setup, which is where I tested the mini, produces better video. I have to check the specs, but the iPad camera is likely higher quality than the older video cam in the Zoom Room. So I'd expect comparable results.
