ok guys I need some help her there is a big problem here
I was in a zoom meeting and I was a c host recording the class
when the meeting ended I went to the cloud and for the zoom file and I didn't find any records
how I can get the records please answer soon i don't wanna lose my job

Were you the user the scheduled the meeting (host) or just a co-host assigned that role after the meeting started?
With cloud recording the recording is tied to the actual Host’s account. While the co-host has the ability to start, pause, and stop a cloud recording, the file when completed will show up in the actual Host’s zoom portal and not the co-hosts.
check with the main host, they should see the recording in their account.
