how to fix the virtual background on AMD processor

Could you help me to fix the virtual backgroud in zoom; with the latest version It didný work anymore...

Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
Click your profile picture, then click Settings.
Select Backgrounds & Filters .
Check I have a green screen if you have a physical green screen set up.
Click on an image or video to select the desired virtual background.
