I need to hide the attendees and attendees' numbers not to be shown to the speakers. is that available in zoom ?

Hi @3mrsa3ed, welcome to Zoom Community! The attendee count can't be hidden in Meetings and it can only be hidden from attendees in Webinars. If you would like to submit this as a feature request, please check out this article on the prerequisites and steps.
