I am using a Windows 11 laptop, zoom (latest update), and jabra speak 810 as speaker phone.
1. Jabra connected through its dongle (bluetooth)
2. test audio, playback and mic all work oke
3. join meeting, still ok
4. when the host mute, then unmute me, mic can't pick up anything
Switch to laptop internal mic, it works ok
Switch back to jabra, mic still not working
Change bluetooth to usb cable connection, mic still not working
when meeting is over, I re test the audio / mic setting in zoom setting. all works fine using jabra speak 810
Change laptop to windows 10, same result
I notice this only happened when the host is the one mute / unmute me.
any suggestion?
