error 1044

i couldn't log into zoom  in China due to error 1044. Is there any solution for it? Thanks in advance

Hi @xyyenicole are you a free user? According to some previous cases on error 1044 -- Zoom has stopped registering new users in Mainland China. If you need to participate in the meeting, please join the meeting directly from the client in a non-login mode. I believe that with the opening of China's official website registration https://zoom.com.cn. I don't think I can start a meeting without logging in. I login by google in China but I can also get the 1044 error code sometimes. and I cannot visit the website zoom.com.cn. It said the website is not opening. '网站维护中'.

What if I am not a new user? I still found myself unable to sign in =(

This did not happen in the past and is really annoying as I cannot log in with this 1044 code. can only host in the browser which is very unhelpful!
