degradation of account to basic from pro after 4 days of recharge

My auto renewal mandate was deactivated and I have paid the monthly subscription amount on 26.11.24. But after 4 days it was again cancelled on 30.11.24. But I couldn't find any reason. At the same time I have discovered that I have been charged two times in the previous months. Can anyone help me recover from this problem?

Below few steps to confirm the issue and escalate the issue:


Step 1: Contact Zoom Support

- Log in to your Zoom account
- Click on "Help" (question mark icon)
- Select "Submit a Request"
- Choose "Billing" as the request type
- Explain your issue and provide relevant details

Step 2: Check Payment History

- Log in to your Zoom account
- Click on "Account Management" (gear icon)
- Select "Billing"
- Click on "Payment History"
- Verify your payment records

Step 3: Review Auto-Renewal Settings

- Log in to your Zoom account
- Click on "Account Management" (gear icon)
- Select "Billing"
- Click on "Auto-Renewal"
- Ensure it is enabled

Step 4: Request Refund (if applicable)

- If you were double charged, request a refund
- Follow the same process as Step 1
- Select "Refund" as the request type

Step 5: Escalate (if necessary)

- If your issue persists, ask to escalate the case
- Zoom support will assign a specialist to assist you
