dark background brightened, removed?

happened today in version 6.4.6. then I updated and it's now at 6.4.7 with the same issue.

virtual background doesn't work either for me.

Noticed that, too. Where everyone's personal windows were surrounded by a black field, it's an annoying gray now. Very unpleasant and unwelcome. It came with their new color options for light mode, and they could/should have made the dark mode change optional.

Facing the same issue. The old dark grey-black background was better. The new update isnt that good
