Hello everyone,
we have a zoom plan "Zoom one pro". In the description it says that you can create up to 9 hosts. I tried to create a second host, but this person only gets the basic license (up to 40 min). What am i doing wrong?
Or can someone tell me how to create more hosts with the same license (unlimited time) as me as the license holder?
Thank's!

Hello,
You can only assign a license to one user. For the second person ( or email ), you will need a different license.

Thank you for reply.
What does this mean exactly? How do you assign a license to another person?

Hi There,
Means you will need to procure another pro license for the second user and then assign it to them.
Please refer to this support article for how to assign a license.

It appears the licenses all must be under one account though. Is there a way to do this when induvials have their own licenses?
