Hi there
My friend is using a Macbook Air Intel Core i3. She doesn't have a physical green screen. If she chooses "I have a green screen", the virtual background will show up on her face. If she unclicks "I have a green screen", she won't be able to add any virtual background. Can someone help???

Hi @happyhosh
A MacBook Air Intel Core i3 does not meet the minimum system requirements for Virtual Backgrounds.

No. That system cannot support a Virtual Background. A system that meets the requirements for Virtual Backgrounds would need to be used.

Well, according to the site, my Ryzen 5 does meet the requirements and yet it still doesn't work. Any thoughts?

I have the same issue with my windows laptop. I have everything check marked; I click the virtual background, but when I go to choose it and apply it; no options show up. I can't call zoom for help or even chat with a live agent since that's not part of my package (I'm not a corporate user). I feel like they don't care and I can't get anything to work.
