When I zoom in I don't hear anyone, everyone else hears me. I checked all the settings but can't find the error. The sound on the laptop works normally. Please help me

Are you using Mac or Windows?

if Windows, you can right-click Sound to Open Volume mixer, check if speaker for Zoom client is muted or not
