annotating tool is missing

Pls help. annotating tool is not available in my laptop- Lenovo thinkpad windows. Yes i have enabled in zoom settings. Please anybody help

Hi! If you joined a meeting, the participant or the host can disable annotating from others

First, you must enable the annotating tool on zoom.us/profile/setting.
