On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

accessing the dashboard

Hello. Can anyone tell me how to access the Dashboard please?   I wish to check the history of meetings, to see what meetings have taken place, to confirm for my work accounts as I use Zoom for work.

The actual "Dashboard" is at https://zoom.us/account/metrics/dashboard

 

Dashboard is only available on Business accounts and above.

 

Other Reports on Pro accounts and above can be found here: https://zoom.us/account/report

Hi Rupert. Not sure if you ever got a response from the original author but I have a similar problem accessing the webinar dashboard for my pro account. When I click on the link you posted (https://zoom.us/account/metrics/dashboard) I get a page saying 'no privilege (200)'. I can access the reports but would like to be able to see the graphs and charts aswell

Any further information on this?

I'm logged in to our Zoom Pro account in the web browser and I'm having the same problem ( 'no privilege (200)') trying to see the metrics (https://zoom.us/account/metrics/dashboardfor our Pro account.
I can see the reports ( https://zoom.us/account/report) though.
